Foggy iPhriday

It is not beginning to look a lot like Christmas, it is heading in the wrong direction. The snow from earlier this week is melting in the rain and adding to the fog.

Both photos taken on December 18, 2015, on the Vernon River Road on the way home from mailing two parcels (which will be late for Christmas!)

To see more iPhriday photos from last week look here.

  1. Great photos Bunty šŸ™‚ Even if the weather is going in the wrong direction!! LOL! šŸ™‚

  2. At least the stripes are going in the right direction šŸ™‚ nice photo’s!
Winter is also far gone here… today I went for a run and had to take off my (light) jacket en was fine in just a t-shirt…

Thanks Noortje. Actually, it continues to bother me why so many farm fields here are left bare over winter, to erode from both wind and water. At least these are fairly flat and unlikely to run off into the river (in the background.) – It wasn’t quite as warm as you are having, but warm enough to put up decorations outside without gloves.

Beautiful photos. I love the patterns in farmers fields.

I would be happy with a mild, slushy, foggy winter after what we went through last year. Still, snow is so much brighter and less depressing.

  6. These photos remind me a lot of one of Vincent van Gogh’s paintings, which can be viewed by clicking on this link:
