China, day one, photo one.

To its credit, throughout China there are many signs translated into English, some translated with more accuracy than others. On our first evening in Beijing we went for a walk in the neighbourhood of our hotel and this is the first photo that I took. You have now also learned which two Chinese characters represent “do not.”
